Air Delivery Cutoff Time Orders to be shipped via air must be received by 2PM Central Time in order to be shipped the same day. Orders to be shipped via air that are received after this time or on non-business days including holidays will ship on the following business day. Continental US We ship to the continental United States via Fedex and UPS. Ground, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air service are available to these states. Items that are overweight or oversized may require shipment via freight truck or a special delivery service and may incur a higher shipping cost. All shipments regardless of weight or size are door to door only unless specified otherwise. White glove and inside delivery service may be available with a fee. Hawaii and Alaska Ground shipments are not available to Hawaii and Alaska. Shipments to these states are only available via Fedex and UPS Second Day Air or Next Day Air service. Because of the time zone difference between the continental US and Hawaii and Alaska, delivery time may be longer and is not guaranteed by the shipper or FadFusion. US Territories We do not ship to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam or any other US Territory. International We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, or any country outside the United States. General Shipping Information Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only which do not include Sundays, Saturdays, or major holidays. The only exception is for ground shipments to residences that are shipped via the Fedex Home Delivery service which does not deliver on Mondays but instead delivers from Tuesday to Saturday. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. A physical address must be provided or your order will be cancelled or placed on hold until you provide an address that UPS or Fedex can deliver to. An adult signature may be required at delivery. Please ship to your billing address when possible as address verification may cause a delay in your shipment. FadFusion reserves the right to ship the order to you using a method other than that which was specified if deemed necessary and practical, provided that the delivery time does not exceed that which was selected. In the event of severe or inclement weather, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and the delivery date may change. FadFusion is not responsible for lost, damage, error, or delay caused by the shipper. Please immediately notify FadFusion of any damage or lost so that we may file a claim with the shipper on your behalf if necessary. In addition to the shipper charges, the shipping cost provided on the FadFusion website may include handling fees, insurance, residential surcharges, overweight/oversized surcharges, fuel surcharges and other fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable on all non-defective returns including partial returns, orders that are refused at delivery or are undeliverable, and attempted order cancellations that shipped. The billed weight ((LxHxW)/194) is used for bulky items. FadFusion does not authorize and is not liable for shipments that are forwarded outside the United States. Products sold by FadFusion are not intended for export and may violate federal regulations if taken, resold, or shipped outside of the United States and its territories. Orders paid for with checks are not shipped until the checks clear and payment is received. |
