Preauthorization is required on all FadFusion returns. To request a return authorization number and return instructions or to inquire about a product's return eligibility, please contact us.
The customer is responsible for returning the item to our warehouse with shipping prepaid by the customer and within the time period specified on the return authorization. FadFusion reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our guidelines. Returns with expired authorizations and returns that were not authorized will be refused. Please return only those products authorized for return. Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns and/or products not approved for return. All products must be returned in the original manufacturer's packing with all parts, accessories and user manuals that originally came with the product. A refund or replacement, if applicable, will be issued within 7 business days of the date of receipt. Defective Returns FadFusion has a 30 day return policy for defective products. A return authorization must be requested within the first 30 days of the date of purchase. Defective items are not returnable after this period. If it has been more than 30 days past the date of purchase, please consult the manufacturer directly for a warranty claim if the product is still within its warranty period. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only or customer may request that a refund be issued to the original payment source. Items found to be non-defective will be processed as such. Non-Defective Returns FadFusion has a 30 day return policy for non-defective products. A return authorization must be requested within the fist 30 days of the date of purchase. The product must be in the original manufacturer's packing and must include all the items that came with it. Non-defective products that are returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable. Returns that are missing items may be charged an additional fee at our discretion. Partial Returns Shipping on partial returns, whether defective or non-defective, is non-refundable. Returns that are missing items may be charged an additional fee at our discretion. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments Orders that are refused at delivery or that are returned by the shipper as undeliverable are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable. Items that are not eligible for return. Some products sold by FadFusion are not eligible for returns. We will identify such item on our product pages when possible. If you need to verify the return eligibility of a product, please contact us before making a purchase. These non-returnable items typically include consumables, computer software, large televisions and flat panel displays, appliances, furniture, storage and memory products, video games, video game consoles, video game accessories, discontinued products, refurbished products, and special order, oversized, and overweight items. Many of these products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Non-defective computer components and accessories cannot be returned once opened. Some electronic products can only be returned to the manufacturer or may require preauthorization from the manufacturer.
